#analogposting entstand im Vorfeld zu den Bundespräsidentschaftswahlen 2016 als Reaktion zur gesellschaftlich aufgeheizten Atmosphäre, aber auch als allgemeine Strategie zur Verbreitung positiver Denkanstöße. Ohne moralische Verurteilungen wurde versucht kritisch mit gesellschaftsrelevanten Themen umzugehen. Haftnotizzettel mit persönlichen Fragen, ironischen Aussagen und positiven Gedanken wurden im öffentlichen Raum, in öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Toiletten und an vielen anderen Orten verteilt. Die Notizzettel welche als informelles Erinnerungsmedium verwendet werden, beziehen sich außerdem auf den Aspekt des digitalen “postings” in sozialen Medien. Die gefundenen Notizzettel konnten analog, sowie digital unter #analogposting, kommentiert und geteilt werden. 

#analogposting was a project undertaken in the heated atmosphere in the run-up of the presidential elections 2016, but also represents a general strategy for the distribution of positive impulses in reaction to urgent topics concerning the general public. Without moral condemnation, sticky notes with open questions, ironic statements and positive, yet critical, thoughts were distributed in public spaces, public transportation, toilets and other places. The medium of sticky notes as commonly used for informal reminders also referred to the aspect of posting in social media and the found notes could be commented and shared analog as well as digitally with the hashtag #analogposting.
